Player Accounts
The Player Accounts page shows every member's prize-fund account. Everyone can see everyone's balance, just as the old ledger did. Contact details are never shown.
Across the top: the total held for all players, how many players there are, how many are eligible to play right now, and how many tournaments have been played in the season you're viewing.
It has three tabs:
Balances
- Balance
- What's in your prize-fund account right now.
- Won/lost
- Your winnings minus your entry fees for the season shown. Red means you've paid in more than you've won.
- Deposits
- Membership prize-fund deposits and top-ups recorded for that season.
- Played
- How many tournaments you've entered that season.
- Can't play
- Your balance is under the $100 minimum. Send a $150 Zelle top-up to the Treasurer to play again.
Use Season to look back at an earlier year, the search box to find a name, and Eligible / Needs top-up to filter. Tap a column heading to sort. Tap a player to open their card.
Your player card
Shows every tournament you've played, grouped by season with a season total: the date, type (WED or FRI), your place and net score when available, your entry fee, what you won, and the result. Next to it are your deposits, top-ups, cash-outs and any adjustments, each with a note explaining it.
Eligible to play
Two lists: members with $100 or more, who can enter the next tournament, and members who need to top up first. Managers use it when taking sign-ups.
Tournaments
Every tournament posted, newest first, with the number of players, total entry fees collected and total paid out. Tap one to see everyone's result.
